Our story

A private family farm with regional ambitions

Bob and Kari Zett established The Dairy Ferry Farm in Russell Springs in 2024. What started as a homestead — goats, chickens, a greenhouse, and growing structures in the field — is becoming a reliable source of real food for neighbors and, soon, for shops across south-central Kentucky.

We keep the operation small enough to know every animal and every row, and open enough to share it with families, cooks, and locally owned businesses looking for something better than the wholesale warehouse.
